How do you look up the what satellite and TP for a channel is on a Hopper3? I’ve forgotten the button sequence, and a search here did turn it up. Thanks

Tune to your channel, press home 3 times to the diagnostic screen, press 3. This will show you the satellite and transponder.

Ah, that’s what I was looking for.

That will only show you the satellite but not the transponder. You have to go to Diagnostics to see the transponder..

I can see some purpose for knowing the satellite, but the transponder? There is nothing you can do to change that and they often change without notice. It all works behind the scenes. Maybe if you are trying to point your dish with a specific transponder.
