Cant get Apps

I was playing around with my HR34 and decided to see what the Apps in the Extras would do. When I click on Apps, I am getting the message "No internet detected. Please make sure your receiver is connected to the Internet and try again. (22)"

Everything else is working, except the Apps. Is anything else dependent on the Internet other than the Apps? When I check the settings, it says the network is working fine. Do I need to get some additional hardware for it to work?

I'm only speaking for an HR24, but I think I've seen that no internet problem and I 'Restart' the receiver from the settings menu. So if the Internet appears good, a restart couldn't hurt. Does on demand work? Either way I suppose.

Also sometimes there's a basic error msg with Apps that I believe you can wait out
