Cant get local nbc hd

For some reason I can't pick up my local nbc station. I get all others fox,cbs,upn,wb,pbs. It does brodcast in hd, anyone think of a reason? It is on local channal 13. Could it be that it is vhf and my antenna is only uhf. And also is anyone having prob. with cbs right now.

Birmingham Al. Now I can't get any off air. The weirdest thing happend all of the sudden all of my off air started to brodcast the same thing, cold case which is a cbs show, then they all started to show no signal recived.

I have noticed with some of the OTA channels in my area, VA, when I channel channels takes a while to tune in. I will get the black screen saying no signal, but I wait for about 5 seconds and than the channel comes up. This problem justed started mid-month.
