Can't shut off Panasonic

Just had a 52" Panasonic lcg projection delivered and can't turn off the TV with my HD20-100 remote. It turns the television on ... but, won't turn it off.

Any ideas???

Any ideas???

Try pushing the selector switch over to TV and then hit the main power button just below it. That's the only way I can get it to work with my Panasonic.

The remote works as it should on both my Panasonics. Don't know what could be going on.
