GEOSATpro Can't Update VIA Satellite

Does anyone know if this still works? I've been trying to update, but always fails. I have a great signal, so I'm wondering if the settings have changed or if the service has been discontinued. I have it set to the specifications as shown in the manual: KU-band 97W (Galaxy 19), 11842/H/22000, PID 330.

Which receiver specifically? Personally, I've always used a pendrive on my MicroHD. Very easy to do.

The update via satellite feature is currently not implemented. Last time I talked to Eugene he said they may put it back up, but currently you will have to download to a USB flash drive with your computer and upgrade it that way.
