CBS EAST HD NYC 'BLINK'

anyone else experiencing this??? a BLINK occurs ONLY on Chan 80.....CBS EAST in NYC....happens infrequently but very noticable....ONLY channel i have experienced this.

my signal 94% and run HD-DVR and HD-regular receiver, so that;s not an issue......any advice?????

I can't say I've seen this on ch80, because I record all my CBS from ch390 (the MPEG4 version). Try 390, if you can, and see if you still see the blinking.
