CBS launch sports streaming channel called CBS Sports HQ

CBS have launched another free ad-supported 24/7 streaming channel called CBS Sports HQ today which focuses on sports news, highlights and analysis. They also operate a news streaming channel called CBSN and will also launch an entertainment focused streaming channel this year. How do you think this new channel will do? They say CBSN has been a success. Why don't CBS launch these as subchannels for OTA also? Wouldn't it be another platform for them? The streaming news channel Cheddar is also available as a subchannel in some parts of the US.
Isn't the OTA market growing year-on-year in the US?

The amount of material currently on CBSSN is very underwhelming. I cannot imagine what they could come up with for something below that.
