Change of Service Address

After having E* for over 10 years I just made the switch to D*. Just had the equipment installed this past week and am enjoying my new service. One thing I would like to know is about changing my service address. With Dish I had the SLC locals, but by signing up with Directv I now have the Idaho locals. I live a couple miles outside the SLC locals cutoff line. Half our town qualifies for SLC and the other half Idaho. I want to have my SLC locals back. Is there a way to "temporary" move and keep my billing address the same? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say yes. My billing address and service address are separate. About 15 mile from each other. Done by accident by the local dealer I went through. Noticed it when I logged into my account the other day. I will call Direct sometime tomorrow to make them both the same.

Call and tell them you moved and give them your new address and then u can go online and change your mailing address to whatever you would like.

Before I get attacked, i will say that this is not legal according to the terms and conditions.... But lots of people "move."
