When I turn on my Joey I never know what channel it will be on. Lately it's never on the channel I left it on.

Many have expressed an interest in seeing it go away. I am among them. I can't imagine what problem they thought they were solving and even if it worked right, how this would be a solution.
If you tune a channel enough, there's a fair chance it is in the jump list.
Luckily, right now, those are the only two channels they care about.Children, even the little tykes, are remarkably adept at locating what they want.
With "Simpsons" marathons almost every night, my box is always on FXX for live shows anyway. So I won't notice anything for a while.
My HWS is always on a specific channel when I turn it on which isn't a problem for me. However, that "feature" apparently doesn't apply to my Joey which is always on the last channel viewed when I turned it off. Either way, it's not really an issue for me.
I'll be happy about it, once it's not buggy. Actually I am a new user, so it's all NEW and good to me! thanks
I hope it doesn't allow a start up with an adult channel. That would really be great for the kids. Come on Dish give us the option to opt out of this UI or set the start up channel we want.
