Hi, I want to change the nickname on my VIP622 receiver. We named it when it was set up, but would like to change it now. I've worked with Dish support to get the the nickname menu- go into Menu - 6 (System Setup) - 1 (Installation) - 9 (Broadband Setup) - 3 (Nickname Setup), and can get to the name. My question is, how do I use the alphanumeric keypad to erase what's in there and enter the new name? Thx.

I had occasion to look at this recently on my newly replaced 612, and the nickname was greyed out on the receiver. 
So I went to DishAnywhere to set the nickname via the web, and... The web setup for nicknames is nowhere to be found. I did notice one improvement; I can reboot any of my receivers, not just the 722 w/Sling Adapter.
