Channel 1000?

I was flipping through on my SD box and I saw channel 1000. It said something about welcome to directv plus or something like that. It looks like it shows the same content over and over in a 15 min window. It said I didn't subscribe so I couldn't view the content. Any one know what this is? It doesn't show up on my H10.
