Channel Help - VHF Channel 27.1 ??

I am just getting started evaluating the best antenna selection for my area outside of Harrisburg. As a newbie, I am confused over the local digital channels. Antennaweb says there is a VHF channel 27.1, and a VHF Channel 21.1.... I am a bit lost as I thought these would be UHF channels? If not, which VHF channel would this be?

Appreciate any help.

They are broadcast on 4 and 10. the last number on each line of the chart

You'll have to get a Combo (UHF/VHF) Antenna plus a Rotor to get the channels listed.

Great, I see it now pretty clearly (duh!) When I went to the Antenna web site they indicated that that column was for some special function.
