Channel Mapping Question?

What are the proper steps to get an OTA channel mapped that you should be able to pickup? Calling the Voom CSR is an exercise in futility. I am outside Sacramento (95765 zip) and would like to get UPN31.

Wait a little while longer until the next software update gets released. It is supposed to have auto channel mapping and searching.

I know I could just wait for that but what if I have no patience and need my Enterprise in HD?

If you are sure that the OTA digital channel is available in your area and can be easily received with your antenna, but is not currently mapped, send an email to Sean_Mota@satelliteguys.us or to rudolpht@satelliteguys.us with your zipcode and a description of channels missing. They should be able to help you.
