Channels 5,11,17,22,50 on HD receivers in Norfolk,VA

I just got home from work and noticed that these five channels are in the guide for my area. Each channel has A3 Norfolk virtual as a description but you get searching for satellite(771) on the channel when you try to turn to it. Could this mean they are getting ready to turn on HD locals for Nolfolk, VA. Any help in answering this question will be greatly appreciated.

Could be, have to wait and see. They are not big on any pre-announcements for good reasons. I think I remember someone in the DFW area saying they had a channel listed as A3, that doesn't come in either.
