Did you use black cabling outside because it was your house and you were just "lazy" about it? I don't know but some of our best installers have shoddy installations at home. And of course some of them also have the best installations at home too.

hey man - this is Dogpatch. Contrasting cable is a sign of being upscale.

Actually, all we normally carry is black, but at a customer site, I route it to be as hidden as possible. Customer is free to paint it.

In my case, I mess around with my setup fairly often, so I want the lines where it's easy for me to play with them. That's why you see some excess rolled up, too.
