Charleston - Huntington WV HD locals on 129?

Does anyone know if there are plans to add the Charleston - Huntington WV local HD channels to 129W once the new Ciel 2 satellite is in position? They are already on EA as of a month or so ago.

There are no plans on having HD locals for Chas/Hunt WV locals on 129. They are already on 77 EA so they will remain there. All new customers are getting the EA Dish Network 1000.4 dishes to recieve their programming from 61.5/72/77. I think this has to do with low look angles for 129 in this area. Eventually everyone will be migrated over to EA in this market as customers churn out, upgrade, have repairs done.
