Check Wal Mart

Yep. They have some entry level Samsung and Sony LCD that are pretty nice at some good prices.

The better Wal-Mart does selling televisions, the more downward pressure, overall, on television quality for everyone. :( More quantity. Lower cost. So the third characteristic - quality - is what suffers. :(

Wal Mart had a few "strategic" sales in the past (usually around holidays) where they were selling the exact same model TVs as BestBuy and other for significantly less.
I think they are trying to position themselves to be the biggest beneficiary from the economic recovery and people starting to buy again...

Diogen.

Walmart has ruined America.Buying from China and supporting other countries isnt helping the USA.Not to mention putting small business out of business in small towns. The small town business was a major part of American business. This country is headed down the tubes .:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Indeed, and they are indeed doing what they should be doing -- and that indeed would eventually result in negative impact from the standpoint of both the quality-conscious customer, and the socially-conscious citizen.
