On one of my computers, running W8.1 and using Chome, when I come to satguys it pops up a 'security error'. No indication of what kind, nor does it show up on my other computers using Chrome. Any ideas as to why it shows up that way?

Yeah it's good from time to time to check for updates for Chrome you can do it from menu bar then go to about chrome and it will check. Also you can keep a eye on things here http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/ as well they usually will post when the update is coming out and the fixes they have addressed. Chrome just like any other browser it has it's bug security issues as well so just keep it patched.. :)

Chrome auto updates. I wouldn't turn that off.
I have that set on my Macs. I've never had an issue with it. Firefox I always need to check from time to time, or when I see that Mozilla has released a new version.
