That was the answer to whether or not DIRT could do it, however I didn't see the online chat reps mentioned....but thank you for your insight on the matter. :facepalm
But the answer in post #2 said "you need to call in if you do wish to cancel service." I read 'call in' as the requirement to cancel. Matt wasn't alluding to just DIRT.
 
Thanks. In any case it looks like I'll be spending some time on the phone later. I'll stay for a while if they can come close to the deal I'm going to get with the other provider I'm looking at.
