There are now commercials advertising the New 4K Antenna.
I remember when they did this with "New HD Antennas."
Of course, it's not the antenna that determines what you can receive. Any antenna will work. hehe.

The difference being that an HD antenna works best with frequencies that will no longer be used.

RCA has been printing 4K ready on their ANT751 packaging for quite a while now.

I learned something about advertising when reading the blather about the ANT751 on Amazon: apparently if an antenna has the ability to pick up stations from 70+ miles away, that means it has a range of 70+ miles both ways so it has a "range" of 150 miles.

Quoting the gain at much lower frequencies than RF channel 48 is more important than ever but you can bet they'll keep the old numbers for data points that no longer matter because consistency is important, not accuracy.

That'll be great for all those 4K OTA signals floating around out there! :D

First they have to get past the problem of Next Gen TV tuners costing some large fraction of 1K or it is all just an academic exercise.
