Does anyone notice commercials on Shaw direct louder, mostly on History channel, I have Bell satellite wondering if it is Bell or the history channel

Does anyone notice commercials on Shaw direct louder, mostly on History channel, I have Bell satellite wondering if it is Bell or the history channel

So I take it Shaw Direct doesn't have issues with commercials being louder
