I ordered 130 feet C-band Ribbon Cable and they sent me Commscope
8136 Tvro. It is rated at 1800 Mhz. I have to dig a trench about 75 feet
to bury it. My concern that its only rated at 1800 Mhz. This is a prime spot for a KU dish. Should I put in the trench an additional RG6 cable that is rated for
3 Ghz for possible future use? Or is the two Rg6 cables that is in the Commscope cable sufficent?

Thanks
allen

yeah if you can do it...... it would always be best to plan for the future . or you could even hook it all up before you bury it making sure it works . mine works fine.

I would bury a few extra cables while you have the trench open. Not only for the frequency but future projects. I can tell you from experience, trying to figure out where I buried cables 19 years ago is impossible without a metal detector. The last thing you want to do is hit them while digging another trench to bury more in the years to come.

i have some i got off ebay there was a whole roll of it on there last week
deals pop in on it there.
shipping is bad but usually the price makes up for it.
