hi guys
i made a test using prime focus ku lnb fujilnb on c band dish 1.5 meter and i recievd a signal from badr6 knowing that we are not in the footprint for it . now iwant to ask if i put a ku band dish 1.8 with a standered lnb i`ll get a better signal or it`s better with prime focus lnb on c band dish for the same size

Generally you're better off with a larger dish, as long as the feed is matched to the f/D of the dish. Ku-only dishes tend to be offset designs with a f/D around 0.6. C-band dishes tend to be prime-focus with a f/D around 0.35. If you decide to try the 1.8m dish, just make sure the LNBF has a similar f/D and you should be fine.
