Factual politics....Is that really even possible? I could point out several examples, but quite a bit out there would just make excuses for it. LOL factual politics.

It is not really hard to stay in the guidelines if you want to do so. For example saying the FCC released regulations that did X would be "factual", it happened, you can point the the regulations. But, lamenting political party Y forced the FCC into issuing X regulation because they were trying to pay back the Q constituency group would be more opinionated. Discussing how regulation X affects TV or internet would be allowed. Saying that it was the P political party's attempt to curtail free speech and rule the world would not be OK.

Yes, there is a fine line, but it takes minimal effort to stay on it.
