I have a somewhat complex MPEG-4 upgrade question. I currently live and have Directv service in Colorado Springs, CO. Colorado Springs is around 55 miles south of Denver. I also have an apartment in Denver. Here is my question. During the time of the MPEG-4 Conversion, Denver is listed as #18 on the DMA list. When Denver starts to switch to MPEG-4 would it be possible to transfer my Directv service to my Denver apartment to receive the new equipment, then bring it back to my house in Colorado Springs and use it? The reason I ask is because Denver is #18 for the upgrade and Colorado Springs is #92 and I would like to get the new equipment as soon as possible. What are everyone's thoughts?

I think the only way to get the upgrade is for D* to come to your house and upgrade. So that would be a no on the "moving" part. I guess you could physically move your stuff there and be all set.
