CONFIRMED: Do a Factory Reset on New FW.

I loaded a few sats on my Micro right out of the box. All ok.
I then updated the FW as recommended, using the OTA from 97w. Worked just fine.
Re-booted and started scanning in new sats, but I found some of the switch commands didn't work on the blank sat positions, existing sats were ok.
As per Iceberg I did a factory re-set. Cleared everything including the few sats I had scanned in, however all switch commands were now ok.

yup. Had some issues after updating software and couldnt figure it out. Brian said to do a master reset...fixed the minor issues that popped up

hmmmm, i'll give that a try. I've been having switch issues
