Confusing results

Looking for some help for those much wiser than I.

Upgrading my 3-LNB to 5-LNB, in preparation for more HD.

Setup:

Directv H20 receiver with B Band converter, no diplexers.
Slimline 5 LNB dish
Location: Southern Minnesota
Programming:
PREMIER
EN ESPANOL
HD Access
ESPN GAMEPLAN
NFL SUNDAY TICKET
NFL SUNDAY TICKET Superfan

101, 110, 119 - all signals in mid to high 90's
103 - Zero, nada, zilch
99(b) - 97 on transponder 1, 98 on transponder 3, otherwise, zero across the board.

Results: Still not getting my HD locals or any other additional HD programming (I don't expect any more stations, but WAS expecting to receive my locals in HD).

Questions: Normal to get nothing on 103? Normal not to get anything on the other 99 degree transponders? Shouldn't I be getting my HD locals, or are they on satellite 103?
