Connection problem

I've got 110, 119 and 129 satellites in. Every day I lose the 110 and 119 connection and need to check the switch and then download the program guide which is getting a little old!
I believe the 110 and the 119 are coming from a dish 500 with a twin and the 129 (which never goes away) is a 500 with a single.
What's going on?

You either have an LNB problem or a switch problem.

It could also be a dish 500 alignment problem. 800-333-3474 can arrange for a service call.

What are your signal levels on 110, 119? Sounds like your dish has moved and needs to be adjusted. Just out of curiosity, do you have an off-air antenna hooked up to your receiver. If you do, you may be losing your off ai signal and when you do, it affects your sat signal. I see it all the time. If you do have an off air hooked up, try deleting all local channels from your receiver, ( you can always scan them back in) and see if that ures your problem.
