Connectivity Issue with cust, looking for ideas

I would love to see a csr and technician Union, that would be pretty awesome. But it wouldn't make sense without having pretty much everyone onboard right off the the bat, and had more than just dish included.

Problem is for techs is that Dish outsources most of its work to subs and RSP's. It is for those reasons alone that you have such a high turn over cause of the nonsense passed down from Dish goes to the RSP for example whom will just pass it on with extra's to the tech. They will look at what is decent pay for those area's and just offer slightly higher wages but with horrible metrics yet keep you hanging with some incentives every so often and lies. That was how my ISP was, one of the lowest paying of the majority that I knew of.
