Yes, 3 ghz is what they use.
I usually get my stuff from Claude here on the site.
Just talked with him today fwiw.
 
D* makes their techs use barrels with orange color centers, not exactly sure why they're orange. afaik they're just 3Ghz barrels. might be for the 2.3mhz rating or something, idk. Dark Blue 3Ghz is fine.

Not all that long ago they were pushing Blue ones, for the SAME reason.
 
the true reason is they (D*) probably just want techs checking the wall plates and the connectors behind them.
 
Yes, there's nothing special about the colors.
 
I think blue is 2 gig and orange is 3 gig.

Either will work fine.

Hmmm, I thought blue was 3 gig when I bought my last bag.
 
2gig or 3 gig I don't think either connector makes much of a difference
