Considering move from Dish to DirecTV

OK, I started with DirecTV in 1995 and switched to Dish in 2000 so I guess I'm over due to switch back. I love the flexibility the Dish 622 DVR gives me, 2 SAT and 1 OTA to get up to 3 events at once, which I have to do at times. How is the DirecTV HD DVR in comparison? Dish has periods where they software blows and you have quicrks, then you get months of solid service and so on. Hos does DirecTV compare on the following:

- HD DVR stability? Issues, etc?
- Ease of use compared to Dish 622? Speed of operation etc,
- OTA quality, I live in a fringe area, I get good HD OTA with Dish, but I hear DirecTV OTA is more finiky
- HD programming, I hear DirecTV is launching more and more HD.

Any other comments, especially from anyone that switched fomr Dish 622?

As for HD programming, the D* web site shows the channels up now and what they say is coming in October. On this site there was a spreadsheet that showed even more channels coming, like a bunch of RSN's that aren't on the D* web site.
