Coolsat 5000 Question

I tried asking this question on my old post about Coolsat 5000, but this website wouldn’t let me because, the Thread was too old. I have been looking on EBay to buy a Coolsat 5000 to use in performing a thorough blind scan, but I keep seeing Coolsat 5000 Platinum with two colors, Black or Silver gray. My question is this, are there 2 versions of Coolsat 5000? If so which is the better of them as regards performance?

Babadem,

They were both released at the same time. You could just select the color you wanted to match your decor. No difference at all but the color.

I have a couple of black ones but they are the same as the silver ones just a color choice.
