Coolsat 6000???? How to set it up???

Hi, I would like to receive 97W. When I go on manual search my quality bar is good and everything is fine, but when I go to the dish settings it need LNB Frequence. What is that???? I think that is why I can not receive anything. I am using a T 90, coolsat 6000 premium and a linear lnb. And should it be on universal, single or something else?????
