User manual /working knowledge of how to program your CS. I think the manual may be here on the board. If not, it's on the CS homepage.
A list of FTA freqs/SRs. There's one at the top on the "The List" tab,
and a few here (use the one for NA) -

Both cover C and Ku FTA data.
You will need to program in something for the reciever to lock onto when you get the dish pointed at the desired bird.
If you dont have an analog IRD or a stand alone dish positioner, you will need one of either as well to move the dish. For the later see the site sponsor links at the top. An old analog rx from Fleabay can usually be had for a dollar and the (inflated) cost of shipping. Be sure it includes the remote.
If the orientation of the lnb has not been verified working, that will need to be done as well. Since that lnb is a two position, it must be aligned so that when it is in a given position, that position matches what the satellite is. If the inclination/decilnation adjustments have not been moved from the original install, you should not alter these adjustments. A plumb mounting pole and these adjustments are what allow for proper arc tracking and automatic (mechanical) compensation of the polarity shift (offset) from one sat to the other.
This is the best primer on C band on the 'net.

As Duane said in The Game Plan, Learn it, Live it, Love it!
There have been a few advances in technology since it was written (ie your LNBF) but it is still sound instalation/operation proceedures and theory.
To get help with a specific issue you will need to post a specific problem or question.
Welcome to the forum, and to the C band niche of the fold. Hope to get you up and running very soon!

I am using a coolsat 5000 now to get true fta.using a 10 ft. fiberglass dish. when you get the dish set to pull a signal here are some good places to start. some of the tp are not on the list in the 5000 so you will need to add the them go to manual scan to add tps.
