Could someone try to play back Season 5, Episode 2 of the Sopranos?

Guys,

I've been watching the Sopranos non-stop from my VIP612 using Dish on Demand. I just came to an episode that will not play, however. Season 5, episode 2. I've verified that I can play the next episode (3) and I watched episode 1 last night. It gives me the error "The purchase of this event cannot be completed. Please call the Customer Service Center at 1-800-333-DISH".

I called Dish and had a horrible experience. The lady didn't seem to understand what I was trying to do. I finally just gave up trying to explain the feature to her and hung up. It looks to me like there is something wrong with this episode on the Dish server. Can someone out there go try to play the Sopranos Season 5, Ep 2 and let me know if it works? I would be very grateful.

Also, if DiRT can check it out that'd be great.

Try a full power-cord reboot of your receiver, and see if it then plays after it comes all the way back up.

Hmm. I tried a power button reset, but didn't do the full unplug-from-the-wall reset. I may give that a whirl. Thanks for trying it, everyone!
