Could use some DIRT help - billing

I recently broke contract with DISH to return to DirecTV. I can get $200 from D* to help cover the ETF from DISH, but I need a paper bill showing the ETF charge.

I had auto-bill pay and paperless billing with DISH. The last bill available online is from before cancellation. I called and requested a hardcopy bill but nothing has arrived yet. There is a time window on getting the $200. I need this bill, and pronto. Little help?

You left DISH and you expect them to help you get Directv to pay the ETF?

I expect a professional organization to send me a bill for charges incurred on my account. Nothing more.

I would think you need to look at your credit card account for that charge...

Check your credit card to see if the finally bill has been charged. The final bill may not have been generated yet.
