It would just create confusion on what belongs where and duplicate threads/fragmented discussion as there's a LOT of overlap between the services. i.e. both platforms have the Gemini, they share a common app and online player, the base packages are nearly identical, the programmer contract renewals are pretty much in sync with satellite, etc
It isn't like DISH vs Sling where they are run as independent services.
