PSB On vacation Nov 5, 2003 3 5 Jul 15, 2006 #2 Should work fine, my positive ID satellite meter works with Ku, DBS and C-Band signals. The Linear outputs of the QPH-031 are standard with the L.O. being 10750 (22Khz off) If you have never used this meter for Ku signals you will find these signals are a lot harder to find than DBS satellites!

PSB On vacation Nov 5, 2003 3 5 Jul 15, 2006 #4 110ºw is a circular polarized satellite, you would have to move the dish to another satellite (Linear) and change to a linear satellite on the Birdog. What satellite are you aiming for?
