ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -- EchoStar Communications Corp. said Friday it has restored the Court TV channel to its Dish Network satellite television service after resolving a fee dispute with Turner Broadcasting System Inc.

The nation's second-largest satellite TV provider pulled the channel Jan. 1 because of the dispute over subscription fees.

EchoStar and Atlanta-based TBS said they are pleased with the new financial agreement but did not disclose the terms. The channel has been moved to a second tier of Dish Network programming, which has fewer subscribers.

It marks the second settlement of a fee dispute announced this week by Englewood-based EchoStar.

On Monday, EchoStar said it had resolved a dispute over licensing fees for the premium channels, HBO and Cinemax. No further details were released.

EchoStar's Dish Network has more than 13 million customers.
