Cox cable offer, ESPN unlimited

We are Cox cable customers, mainly for ease of use for my wife. We also have Amazon prime for streaming.
We received an email from Cox saying our plan qualifies us to receive ESPN unlimited at no extra cost. It has to be activated for use. After years of cable I find this hard to believe. Looking for strings. I will probably activate it just to see what happens. Seems strange to me.

First, I have never trusted Cox, and verified that lack of trust when I moved and cancelled my account prior to their data caps going into effect.

Call Cox up and ask how long this free perk is for or when you will begin to be charged. I typically put calls like this on speaker and record the conversation with a tablet.

A lot of TV providers are offering this also so it is pretty common since ESPN Unlimited launched.
