Looks more like a perforated BUD to me.
Crated at an angle to make it "smaller" for a cheaper truck ride.

The picture is poor, but it looks like the perf in my signature.
...which bears a striking resemblance to the perf Birdview.

I was thinking of doing just that, but, as it turns out, this is right next door to St Louis. Much too far.

This dish is located in the village of Creve Couer, which is next to Peoria, Illinois. There is another Creve Couer that is a suburb of St. Louis, MO.
