CS 8100 HD problem with analog shutoff

One of the TV stations decided to pull some crap on their end that now causes my Coolsat 8100 HD to reboot everytime I try to scan it in.

Really odd. I hope the 8100 HD gets new software soon.

I'd try an old hackware, maybe a couple months old, and see if that fixes it...sorry thats all I can offer...

I tried that already. I called the engineer at the station and asked him if they changed ANYTHING in the MPEG stream and he said no. It just seems so weird that it happens on the day of DTV switchover.

Station engineers do not always know everything that is done.

I'd bet if they rebooted their PSIP computer, it would fix the problem, but if others report no problems they will ignore your complaint.

Problem solved in FTA forum due to this being a Coolsat 8100 issue in the 1st place. Thanks for the help.
