Just white text on a blue background saying that CSPAN will cease November 1 on <wrong satellite name>. I would disagree and say that CSPAN has already ceased.

Still on this morning... AMC11 is a bit low on the horizon for me, and a big tree is in the way, hence the mediocre reception. Received on a Drake ESR2000XT which I also use to move a dish.
