That's just not true. If there's not enough capacity to add channels, they won't be added. If the contract doesn't allow for it, they won't be added. Requesting it won't hurt, but I don't think it'll necessarily help either. Dish will add it if and when they can so long as it makes sense for them to do so. Don't believe me? Full time RSNs are a case in point. People have wanted and requested those for years, but we still don't have them. Maybe someday... But repeatedly requesting something isn't likely to do much good here.
