Click on the Link Tom has in his post, then, click on the Domestic Transponder Map ...
That should get you the info your looking for ...

At the Top Right, chick on the WATCH button.

So maybe the question is, How do I SUBSCRIBE to the Domestic Transponder Map ? Click on the link o the left, and then click on "watch" in the upper right hand corner of the page, choose whether you want email notification or not, then click "WATCH"
