Thank you Brian and Sergei for your help.
Seems 107.3w is a lost cause for me in N.Central Florida.
I have tried all your suggestions and 95% of the channels are scrambled.
4020 V 30000 and 4140 V 30000 have signal intensity and signal quality
of 49 and 10%. I have scanned every transponder with a signal intensity
greater than 95% with no luck.
Is there perhaps another bird that will carry the Arrow program?

Thank you again Brian.
I have a Linkbox receiver.
This is a detail of how I actually scan:
Go to anik fir-f 107.3w.
Go to the Antenna Setup Screen.
lnb frequence 5150, Transponder 4155 V 30002, Diseqc1.1 disable,
22k off, polarity auto, motor diseqc diseq1.2

Then I go to the Single Sat Search Screen.
Transponder 4155 V 30002, scan option all, scan channel TV,
scan mode blind scan. This transponder gives a 98% Signal Quality.
There are others of that quality.

Ok, by selecting Blindscan in the final step, the receiver is not scanning the selected transponder. It is blindscanning the entire satellite.

If you delete all transponders on 107.3w and perform a new blindscan, is the missing transponder found and added to the transponder list?

Thanks again Brian.
As directed I went into the Linkbox "tp list & search" and deleted all the transponders
listed for 107.3w. I then went into the "Single Satellite Search" and it would not let me
enter anything in the transponder position. Set Scan Option to all, Scan Mode blind
scan. The Signal Quality on 107.3w was 98%. I got the same results I had before.

Not sure I have answered you question, so please ask in a different way and
I will try again.

First I will comment on the Signal Quality of 98% on 107.3w after the transponders were deleted. You are confusing Signal Intensity with Signal Quality. A 98% reading display is Signal Intensity. After deleting all transponders on 107.3w the receiver will only display Signal Intensity, because there is no transponder information to lock onto and decode to display a Signal Quality reading.

Now that you have a brand new list of transponders logged for the 107.3w satellite, scroll down through the new list to see if these two transponders have been added to the TP list:
1. 4020 V 30000
2. 4140 V 30000

Thanks again Brian.
The transponders for 4020 V 30000/4140 V 30000 are not there.
I would send a picture of the "tp and search screen" but I am on wiffies puter and Ubuntu
and I don't know how to do there. My bios is down.....

On the tp and search screen the Signal Intensity is 98% and a light green.
On the same screen the Signal Quality is mostly 98% and a light blue.

I hope this is not premature but I think The problem is solved.
I got a lot of ctv channels.
Maybe I thought I had the lnb settings on the ASC1 correct
but I am guessing that I didn't.
I am wondering now how many others I have missed.
I think a rescan of everything else is in order.
Thank you so much for your patience with me.

:) Great news!

I would go to each satellite, one at a time, delete the transponder list then do a new blindscan. Likely your current transponder list and logged channels are going to be messed up now that the LNB polarity is not reversed.

Things now are working fine.
However I have a question about strong transponders.
Example: When I had the Asc1 set wrong, I was pulling in the CW on Galaxy 19C.
Now after clearing all the transponders and re-scanning Galaxy 19C, I get 95% Spanish
programming and NO CW.
Ex: Galaxy 19C, lets say it has 10 strong transponders V and H.
Does each strong transponders pull in the same programming
or different programming?????? I've always wondered about this.

I also wonder what I was pulling in when I had the ASC1 set wrong?
Thanks for any clarification.

This is more info related to my previous post. I hope it helps answering my questions.
Galaxy 19-C There are 25 tp's listed. The Example below lists the ones with a Signal
Quality > than 90%.
4098 h 29861, 3939 h 30002, 3912 h 8400, 4119 v 2002, 4026 v 7200, 3987 v 1599 (89%),
3984 v 3599, 3921 v 2979, 3879 v 30000, 3855 v 2940, 3851 v 3532, 3847 v 2199,
3814 v 6374 and 3759 v 31459.
In the past this bird had CW on it. Which one of these tp's has CW on it?
With the change on the ASC1 yesterday everything is completely different.
