D.C. Locals Pixelation

It seems for about a few weeks now, that my HD D.C. Locals (4,5,7 & 9) are becoming really pixelated.
Anyone else?

I have issues with 4 and 5. NBC will have the audio drop for a sec and a line appear the screen every so often (usually during prime time). Fox will have the screen pretty much dissappear so you can only see a blur on the top 1/4 of the screen, but hey, you can still hear the audio!! Both suck when I'm watching 24 or Heros. I just figures it's the network not D*. I can't pick up OTA where I live which sucks.
