D* & E* to get Sleuth

According to The Futon Critic (http://www.thefutoncritic.com/cgi/pr.cgi?id=20060112sleuth01 ), NBCUniversal has signed agreements with DirecTV and Dish Network to carry Sleuth "by Summer 2006."

No dates listed for when they'll launch on D* or E* though...

Isnt Sleuth and Universal HD almost the same thing? The content from what I have seen is too similar.
