Newer D* subscriber with newer JVC plasma TV. Since all was installed I noticed the tv volume suddenly goes up a few notches (don't see it change on the on-screen display)...it just gets louder. Also, some channels (particularly Fox 29 Phila) color intensity fluctuates from soft to dark and back constantly. I doubt it's weather or obstruction related. Any ideas? Is this consistent with satellite vs. cable?
