D-Tv R15 DVR + DVD?

“OK” I finally step into the 20th century and bought a DVR. Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I couldn’t find it. I already have some shows recorded that I would like to keep. Is there a way to transfer the recordings to a DVD?

The only way is to use the send to VCR function. You can only record on your DVD what is playing on your TV at the same time, so inorder the record press record on the dvd and then play on the DVR.

Bummer. I was hoping someone had figured out a way to use the USB port. Wouldn’t that be nice, to bring everything over to the PC and edit it down before burning to disc.

O-well, thanks for the info. I guess I need to get a DVD burner for the living room now. Any suggestions on a good one that doesn’t cost a million six?
